"Pros: An absolute GEM! We loved turtle house in Medewi. It’s a two bedroom homestay with a kitchen set in the middle of a quiet rice terrace. We absolutely loved how tranquil and chill this place was, the best place to relax after a surf. The kitchen and common areas were a huge bonus. The rooms themselves were clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here if you are comfortable riding a scooter as it’s off the main road, nothing within walking distance. Cons: The only negative to the property is the noise from the local Mosque which starts at 4:45 every morning and will absolutely wake you up. That’s something that’s across all of Medewi but we really noticed it here." ~Clayton

"Pros: Agus and his wife are very sweet and accommodating. We didn’t have a motorbike for part of our stay and they were willing to give us rides when we needed. It’s a very nice location for walking and motorbike. Kitchen is spacious and relatively well equipped." ~Mark

"Pros: A "boutique" homestay that actually feels like home. The glass bungalow is surrounded by trees and nothing beats chilling on the terrace to bird sounds and to the river passing below. Ayu & Markus are very welcoming hosts and made everything to accommodate us during the stay (scooter, recommendations, etc..). Second time around and hopefully not the last one. Note to surfers: the point is less than a minute scooter drive away. Note to food lovers: simple but great restaurants options (Avocado, Rasta Café) are very closeby" ~Sixtine
