Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of IDR 1000000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, guests who wish to make use of the free ferry terminal pick-up/drop-off service are requested to inform the property in advance with arrival/departure details. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel. If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly contact the property in advance for payment arrangement or authorisation letter. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. The authorisation letter then should be presented upon check-in.

People 6 years old and over stay for Rp 300,000 per person per night when using an available extra bed. You haven't added any cots. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
