"Cons: We did not end up staying at this property. We booked via Booking.com, the booking was accepted and the payment for the room was taken immediately then we were told that there were no rooms available and could we please cancel. The property then declined to waive the cancellation fee. All in all a bit odd, so beware of going with a non refundable booking. The accommodation did find us somewhere else to stay which was fine but completely different as there was no pool which was part of what we had booked. A very vague and confusing booking. The fact that there were no other Booking.com reviews for a number of months should have been a red flag." ~Heather
