"Pros: The room was clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Love the gym and the infinity pool. Cons: Facilities in the hotel room were very minimalist (i.e. there was no safety box, hairdryer, mini fridge, etc). Amenities were very limited. These were all the same in the superior, deluxe, and even junior suite room, as I tried them all. Hope that this can be improved. :)" ~Ella

"Pros: Low-end hotel standard. We don’t stay. We don’t feel safe because the area is too crowded with people, and also too many operator of tricycle vehicles (beca roda tiga) in-front of the hotel. We have to move to other hotel in the city. We have paid for 4 rooms and given to our local our driver to stay. Cons: Security and safety is not guaranteed. No privilege. Hotel has no control on outsiders. The area is gloomy." ~Nik
