"Pros: We had a hard time finding it and the phone number didn’t work so was stressful. The first one we stayed at was new which was very comfortable but unfortunately had construction noise and we had an issue where the staff came to light mosquito incense and we were not warned so he came at a time when we were not appropriate which was very upsetting. They moved us to a bigger but older place which was nice but the a/c wasn’t as strong so we didn’t sleep as well. Overall it was very pretty and while there were issues they did compensate with moving us and a nice dinner. Cons: Mosquitos on older location. Staff interruption on first property. "Pros: This is an absolutely beautiful property, you can tell much effort and thought has gone into both the rooms and the lush garden. From the comfy bed and beautiful fresh linen, to the small touches in the room. The staff were warm, welcoming and helpful but never intrusive. It was my birthday during this trip and they sang me happy birthday and brought me a little cake 🥹I would recommend this spot to anyone Cons: Nothing" ~Megan

"Pros: EVERYTHING! Stayed here for my first visit to Ubud and couldn’t be happier. The location is fantastic, only a short walk to the bustling streets but is so quiet and peaceful you’d think you were miles away! The rooms are all lockable (one with safe included), beds are comfy, and the aircon is great. Mita’s breakfast was delicious and she was always willing to help with suggestions of what to do and where to go. From organising a sunrise jeep tour to fire dance shows it was simple and easy. Additional shout out to Nyoman for driving us from activity to activity, without which we probably wouldn’t have seen or done, and he’ll get you there before the tours! Even left my adapter and charger there, was called within minutes so I could get it back 🙏 Can’t fault it, can’t wait to come back!! Cons: Nothing!" ~Emma
