"Pros: Good location Cons: On arrival the hot tub was not ready until the second day . The property was exceptionally dirty. Main bedroom shower had mould . There was a very bad smell in the utility room which spread into the kitchen/lounge area… discovered a bucket of stagnant moulding water under the sink . The fireplace was not cleaned out and had debris in it . Air fryer was not clean with old food in it . The barbecue was in a very poor rusted and dirty condition. Rear garden furniture dirty and unusable. The dishwasher had dirty dishes left in it and the dishwasher itself had mould. Surfaces were not clean or sanitized. Crockery and cutlery had to be washed before use . If the property is advertised as having facilities they should be in a usable state. In summary this was a completely disastrous property and should be advertised as it is . Being a regular user of bookings.com I would like a full refund for this stay .would like to discuss this with someone from bookings.com." ~David
