"Pros: The location and the staff especially Margaret and Stephen. Our cleaner kept our room spotless. We loved the lift as the last time we were there there was no lift. Cons: The heating kept going off and coming from Australia it was a bit of a challenge as we were used to 30 degrees most days and the cool temperatures in Castlepollard it was a bit of a shock" ~Gwendoline
