"Pros: It was a home from home. The staff were incredibly friendly, efficient and professional, nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable with a beautiful view of the river. Breakfast was delicious and lunch/dinner menus provided excellent meals Cons: Nothing" ~Fiona

"Pros: Excellent hotel. We came over to attend a funeral. All staff we're lovely, especially the lady at breakfast. (Short hair and glasses). She made us feel very welcome. Desk staff always friendly and very informative. Also, Noel, the gentleman in the wheelchair who is staying at the hotel. Please give him a job as a tour guide. His knowledge of directions, buses and short cuts is amazing. Cons: We had room 425 and found we were woken early every morning by bin men etc. It wasn't a problem though. Will definitely ask for a view of the river next time if possible." ~Jacqueline
