"Pros: A comfortable, historic inn - with plenty of space. Well-appointed. The public areas are cosy and welcoming. Dining is good quality and value. The village of Adare is nicely preserved with a beautiful park and washing pool. Cons: The village of Adare suffers from a major road arterial running down its centre. The hotel manages this the best it can with the road on its doorstep. There, however, is no noise effect in the hotel. The fabric of the village is lovely but spoilt by the road." ~William
