Cons: That Booking.com had overbooked, so one of us had to sleep on the ground floor in a small bedroom, while the other slept in a room on the first floor, because Booking.com had written it wrong. The 2 large rooms that we had ordered, which were on the 1st floor, were good enough, but they should have been on the ground floor, which was mentioned in the order." ~Vagabonden007
