"Pros: This apartment is in a great location. It’s rural and quiet but close to shops for basic needs plus a couple of takeaways, restaurants and a supermarket all within a 15 minute drive. The apartment itself is very spacious with high ceilings, well furnished, well presented and well equipped. It doesn’t have an oven or grill but a microwave and a portable induction hob plus cooking equipment and utensils so it’s easy to prepare proper meals here. There are lovely large windows that catch the sun plus multiple heating options if it's cold. The owners who live in the house next door on the property are very friendly and helpful. They have dogs but we barely saw or heard the dogs at all. Cons: The only issues we had were poor phone reception and limited tv channels but this is rural Ireland." ~Cathryn

"Pros: The house is a lovely hide away and very close to cocklestrand for evening walks. We had a car so it was the perfect jumping off point for us to explore the county. The fresh eggs and bread were a wonderful unexpected bonus and very appreciated :)" ~Laura
