"Pros: The apartment itself is a nice relief after walking around the public areas of the 'hotel'. There was no soap in the kitchen or bathroom, but this was remedied. The beds were comfortable. The balcony has a nice view of the city/ocean and is spacious enough. It was mostly clean and welcoming inside the room. Cons: The 'hotel' the apartment is located in is quite dirty. The parking garage smelled awful and was flooded, the plaza it is attached to is filthy, and the carpet floors throughout the hallways are gross. The couch in the room was stained and dirty. There were not enough bath towels for the three people booked (2 towels provided). This was remedied with a message to the host. There weren't any instructions on where the washing machine was located. It ended up being in the hotel hallway in a gross closet. No information on connecting to wifi. It also didn't have the water turned on or the dryer filter cleaned in months. The address listed on booking.com is not the address of the hotel. A little confusing. A couple of elevators were not working while we were there. It would be helpful to have a welcome booklet with key information." ~Jamie
