"Pros: The apartment perfectly matched the online description. The host kept me informed - with excellent messages and videos leading up to the actual check-in. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The bed was very comfortable - more comfortable than some hotels I've stayed in during this trip. A bonus was being able to park my car - with a video of exactly where/how to park. Cons: Small detail: provide a ready USB port for charging devices. I did find one at the back of one lamp (the lamp cord was itself a USB cord) but a charging port/plug would have been helpful (though this is just a suggestion and *not* a complaint)" ~Neil
