"Cons: The host gave false info about the proximity of the apartment to the centre of town. Worse than that, he accepted the booking (and payment) but when I arrived he ignored all messages and there was no access to the property. Eventually he replied in a foreign language and said he doesn’t speak English. Then he said the room wasn’t available. This was after the booking was confirmed and paid for. I said I needed a refund but he ignored that message." ~Melissa

"Pros: Very large apartment; two suites. Could accommodate a large family. Suggestions: why not offer this as a B'n'B? Kitchens (2) equipped. Why not provide some breakfast items; snacks; items for the fridges (2)? Cons: Bedding sheets, covers dated. Floor was a bit dirty when we came." ~Howard
