Located in the hamlet of Tanaunella, Residence Bouganvillage features a seasonal swimming pool with Wi-Fi area, BBQ and shared washing machine, as well as a playground and five-a-side football pitch. Surrounded by the greenery, all the nicely furnished apartments are equipped with air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchenette. The apartments have a private entrance and come with a balcony or a patio, when set on the ground floor. Residence Bouganvillage is just 3 km from the centre of Budoni and at 15 km from San Teodoro, Olbia Airport and its port are 40 minutes away by car. The beach of Baia Sant'Anna is 1.5 km away.

In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Thu 07 Dec 2023 until Fri 19 Apr 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. The rate includes the use of water, gas, electricity, bed linen and air conditioning. WiFi is free up to 150 MB per person. Please note that the cleaning fee does not include the kitchen area. Pets are not allowed in public areas and on the beach. An additional cost will be charged for extra cleaning. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals outside check-in hours which have not been confirmed. All units are either on the ground or first floor, with a furnished patio or balcony. They all include air conditioning and a parasol. Bed linen is included. Bath towels are available at an extra cost.

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
