"Pros: Angela and Marco are great hosts. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is strategic, easy to reach Cala Gonone and Dorgali. The place is very quiet and in the mountains, with the sound of donkeys, cows and birds. Ideal for couples of any age. The breakfast is very tasty, specially the comer made cake. The canteen is in an old charming Sheppard's house. Is you like pets, there are cats and a dog to entertain yourself. We would come back here in the next opportunity. "Zalety: Duży i przestronny dom. Cisza i spokój dookoła. Przemiły gospodarz. Piękne widoki. Ogromny teren. Wady: Nie ma zmywarki. Poza tym, droga dojazdowa do domu jest dość stroma, trzeba być sprawnym kierowcą. W domu gospodarze wynajmują również dodatkowo apartament. Podczas naszego pobytu byliśmy sami, więc było super, ale dom jest reklamowany jako na wyłączność a mogło się zdarzyć, że ktoś oprócz nas byłby w tym samym czasie, na co nie byliśmy przygotowani." ~Elzbieta

"Pros: My partner and I were delighted with our choice of Borgo Rurale Cares for our first time in Sardinia. Set in the mountains near Dorgali the outlook was very calming and peaceful. The farm, the accommodation, garden and pool with a view was perfect for de stressing and relaxing, exactly as shown in the photos. We loved waking up to such beautiful surroundings and found a quiet spot in the garden to do Pilates and a quick Joe Wicks HIT class before breakfast and before it got too hot. The whole place was spotlessly clean and well laid out ensuring that our stay was comfortable. There’s only about 8 rooms here so it never feels crowded or busy or noisy. And the owners Agostina and Salvatore are so kind and friendly - they work very hard to make sure everything is perfect. Thank you for your 6 star service. The buffet breakfasts included local specialities, fresh pastries fruits etc and complete with some good coffee were enjoyed in the garden with a mountain backdrop - such a fantastic start to our mornings on this holiday. Some mornings were spent chilling by the pool and enjoying the views. Other times we went to enjoy some of the local beaches. Again it is still possible to find uncrowded spots to relax in. However you definitely need a car to dot about. We enjoyed having dinner here a few times over the week instead of going out to dine. The options are good and the food well made. Also the places we chose when going out to dine did not disappoint. Definitely Sardinia offers some stunning food and we thoroughly enjoyed eating it. Cons: We were sorry to leave this place at the end of our holiday but hopefully will be back to visit Sardinia again sometime soon. Grazie & Ciao. Xx" ~Gowri
