"Pros: Spacious apartment with full kitchen facilities. Quiet neighbourhood and private parking. Laundry machine was very convenient. Easy communication with Marco who was very helpful. Short walk to downtown. Short drive to beaches. Cons: We knew this already by looking at the map, but this is NOT a beachfront property; seaview is a more appropriate description. Apartment was good, however there were several lightbulbs throughout the apartment that needed replacement. AC is only in the main bedroom where we slept. No WiFi signal beyond kitchen or terrace. Unit not very soundproof; could hear fussing child in unit on other side of wall." ~Leland

"Pros: Visting the Villetta Vista Mare Sardegna was absolutely wonderful! The manager, Floriana, was professional and very sweet. She met us at the apartment at the agreed upon time, and we were very glad to see her as our journey from Olbia Airport was somewhat stressful! She was easy to communicate with through texting, and always answered any questions that we had promptly. She even sent a long text of restaurant suggestions, beach suggestions, and things to see while we were there. Each time that we saw her was arranged by both of us, and she was very considerate of our schedule. There was a big plate of fruit waiting for us, and a bottle of Prosecco. The Villetta itself was spacious, beautifully furnished and clean. There was even a washing machine and a rack to hang your clothes on. There were bathroom products to use, laundry soap, pots, pans, dish soap and a fairly good size modern fridge and freezer. The view from ours had the sea and mountains around us. Lovely!
