Overlooking the La Caletta Marina, Hotel Residence Hibiscus is a 5-minute walk from a white sandy beach. It offers rooms and apartments with air conditioning, some of the apartments are located in an annex. All the accommodations feature free WiFi, satellite TV, a fridge, a coffee machine, tea kettle and a private bathroom with hairdryer. The apartments also include a fully equipped kitchenette and a balcony. The Hibiscus is set in extensive grounds. On site you will also find a TV lounge with free newspapers and an internet point. Excursions around the island of Sardinia can be arranged at reception. Posada is 4 km from the property. Olbia centre and Olbia Airport are 42 km to the north and easily reached by car.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Hotel Residence Hibiscus in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that full payment is required at check-in. For the apartments you can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at a surcharge of EUR 20 per person per week. A surcharge of EUR 25 applies for arrivals outside check-in hours until 00.00h, and EUR 70 after 00.00h. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that access to the swimming pool is available for apartments only. Please note that the swimming pool is open from 09:00 until 13.30 and from 15.00 to 21.00 daily. Please note that the swimming pool is open from June 1 to September 31. Children younger than 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Air conditioning is not included and optional in the apartments' rates and comes at extra charge EUR 10 per day or EUR 50 per week.

Children of any age are allowed. Adults stay for € 25 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
