"Pros: The apartment is brand new, everything is very clean, well organized. Flat has 2 balconies (one bigger so you can enjoy the meal outside:). Host was super kind and helpful with local tips, thank you! If planned to visit Capera and do more of nature activities this location was perfect. You have 7 min by car to Capera and 7-10 min to amazing beaches in Maddalena Island. This is what we were looking for. However if you plan to eat in the restaurant in the evening, you need a car. Near the apartment there are not many places to eat, you can go by car (7-8 min) to Maddalena city center. Very useful is also supermarket close to the flat, it is big and has all what is needed. Cons: Honestly everything was as described in booking.com. There is nothing we didn't like." ~Agnieszka

"Pros: It was very new and clean. The kitchen was well equipped, including a Moka with induction plate. Cons: The bed was short. I’m 165 cm and my husband is 185cm. We both did not fit on the mattress length. It is very expensive compared to other properties in the area. My sister in law paid half the price for accommodation in the same area. The price was different than advertised in Booking. Be careful of this property! They said that there’s an extra 10 euro per person and it is described in special notes, however there is only a mention of the 60 euro cleaning fee in the price notes and “important details” section. The confirmation email also does not mention the 10 euro per person. It is mentioned in a leasing contract but this was received one week prior to arrival - too late to change to another booking. Although 20 euro total is not a lot, it’s the aspect of an unadvertised price increase that concerns me. I tried contacting the property and they were unfriendly. Booking.com was unable to resolve the matter either. I do not recommend this property for this reason." ~Bliss
