"Pros: You could make your own tea and coffee in the room and there was a little oven. The location was near the centre and quite calm.
Cons: There was as an unmentioned leakage in the bathroom. There was no wifi during my stay. The water pressure of the shower was low.
But most important for me was that the owner of the B&B Marco is very aggressive. When I mentioned about the disappointment of the wifi and leakage, he became so upset, angry as a small child, and offended me with all bad words. He even threatened me after leaving by whatsapp all bad things for me. I was so shocked and upset. And I did not feel safe. I was even afraid.
In my opinion I was factual, and had the right to complain since I paid for this. Since I did not dare to contact him anymore, I asked booking.com to do that for me.
I really hope and wish for him to improve this behavior, since in this way it is impossible to host guests."
