There was no wifi during my stay. The water pressure of the shower was low. But most important for me was that the owner of the B&B Marco is very aggressive. When I mentioned about the disappointment of the wifi and leakage, he became so upset, angry as a small child, and offended me with all bad words. He even threatened me after leaving by whatsapp all bad things for me. I was so shocked and upset. And I did not feel safe. I was even afraid. In my opinion I was factual, and had the right to complain since I paid for this. Since I did not dare to contact him anymore, I asked booking.com to do that for me.
