Cons: shower was not hot on the first night( not great in a 5star hotel) and the rules to ‘relax’ in the spa were a bit too ridged for such a calibre of hotel.I understand fully the idea behind the 1 hr rule, at busy times , and it was half term. However this could have been relaxed a little. unfortunately felt a little ‘un relaxing’.
