"Pros: The location is great, its within walking distance to the beach and several bars, shops and restaurants. There is also a bus stop nearby that can take you to into the town of Oristano if driving is not an option for you. There is also plenty of free parking nearby which is plus.
Cons: Only 1 of the 3 air conditioners was working which is not ideal when its 30 degrees outside.
The shower drain didn't drain properly and the heater (geyser) for the shower is not big enough which means that you have to have some people shower in the morning or evening.
There was no dustpan for sweeping any sand or dust up from the floor.
There was construction happening in the room or house above us which was very annoying. It went on early in the morning until late evening with it even occurring on a Saturday until 6PM.
There is only 1 pillow per person and no extra pillows.
The upstairs toilet is difficult to flush. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't."
