Description: the hotel is located on the central eastern coast in a panoramic position on a small hill overlooking the sandy coves, close to the Cala Liberotto area. The property consists of a main building, completely renovated and an adjacent complex of small villas connected to each other by internal paths. The hotel is suitable for couples and families who love nature and the crystalline sea of Sardinia for the splendid panoramic position and the care of service.Location: The hotel is 75 km from Olbia airport and Olbia port. It is 1 km from Sos Alinos a small town where is available a supermarket, a pharmacy and a church. The nearest town is Orosei which is 10 km from the hotel. Places to visit: Berchida Beach (13 km), Orosei 10 km (by night); Orosei Gulf (by boat from Cala Gonone); Nuraghi (20 km); Barbagia area and Orgosolo (62 km, optional lunch with the shepherds); La Maddalena Archipelag (by boat from Palau), Golf Aranci (95 km) Smeralda Coast (Baja Sardinia and Porto Cervo 105 km). Beach: available to guests, 2 white sandy coves, with a gently sloping seabed, at 350 and 500 metres from the hotel. Both beaches are equipped with sun umbrellas and sunbeds and can be reached on foot or with a shuttle service at set times. Beach towels rental with an extra charge. Accommodation: 100 rooms divided between the main building (on the ground floor or first floor) and the complex area of small villas (mostly on the ground floor), immersed in a well-kept Mediterranean park-garden. The rooms offer air conditioning, telephone, TV, minibar (drinks with extra charge), safe deposit box, bathrooms with showers and hairdryers. All of them have a patio or balcony. They are divided into: Comfort, located in the main building, fully renovated, some up to 4 people (max occupancy 2 adults + 2 children) composed by a double bedroom (with 2 extra beds or double sofa bed), some of them on the first floor with sea view (with extra charge). Family Comfort located in the main building, fully renovated, up to 4 people composed by a double bedroom and a living area with 2 beds. Some rooms are on the first floor with sea view (with extra charge). Family Classic, located in the small villas area, up to 4 people, composed by a double bedroom and a living area with 2 beds. They have a kitchenette which can be activated on request (with an extra charge, to be paid on the spot). Activities & Services: air conditioned and panoramic restaurant, pizzeria in the small villas area, 2 bars, TV room, 3 swimming pools (one for children) equipped with sun umbrellas and sunbeds subject to availability, outdoor fitness area, children's playground, tennis and five-a-side soccer courts, petanque, ping pong and table football. Unguarded outdoor and indoor parking (free of charge, subject to availability). Wi-Fi: free of charge, available in the Lobby area and swimming pool. Services with a fee: beach towels rental, diving courses (affiliated center), mountain bike and car rental, excursions, laundry and ironing service, newspapers and tobacco at the reception, baby sitting. Medical service (in July and August only), pharmacy and supermarket located in Sos Alinos, at 2 km from the hotel. Restaurant: breakfast, lunch and dinner with buffet service. Assigned tables for the whole stay. During the week a typical Sardinian dinner and a "Fisherman's dinner" with fish dishes (an alternative meat or vegetarian solution is always guaranteed). One evening a week dinner at Pizzeria (by reservation, without supplement). For breakfast the “Dormiglione Corner” for a soft breakfast at the main bar from 09:30 am to 11 am, with espresso coffee, cappuccino, milk and croissants. Well-being corner: for guests who choose a lifestyle and healthy cuisine, an area with specific products (rice cracker, soy milk, rice milk, honey, cereals, corn flakes and apple juice) is provided for breakfast. Food Intolerance: for guests with food intolerances (gluten or lactose) packaged basic products are available (bread, pasta, biscuits and ice cream); guests can also integrate their diet by requesting the cooking of some products supplied by them (such as specific pastas). It is always necessary to report any food intolerances at the time of booking. The hotel doesn’t have a separate area for gluten-free cuisine, therefore the absence of contamination cannot be guaranteed with the exception of the products purchased already packaged. Mom's area: dedicated room equipped with kitchenette, sink, refrigerator, bottle warmer, microwave oven, blender, sterilizer, crockery, placemats and highchairs: it is open all day. Furthermore, during the opening of the restaurant, basic cooked dishes and uncooked products are available: vegetable broth, tomato sauce, small pasta, steamed meat and fish, fruit, yoghurt, jams, rusks and biscuits. Fresh or powdered milk, baby food or other specific products for early childhood are not included. Full Board: full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner) with drinks at meals (still and sparkling water, white and red house wine, beer, cola, soda and orange soda on tap). Welcome cocktail on the evening of arrival with Italian sparkling wine, house cocktail and snacks. Sweet and savory snack for children up to 11,99 y.o. from 4pm to 5 pm (once a week it will be replaced by ice cream). With a fee: drinks outside meal times, Italian and foreign alcohol and spirits, drinks and water not on tap, ice cream, snacks, light or zero drinks and all packaged products, as well as anything not included or mentioned in the full board. Entertainment & Sport: The Nicolaus Team will involve guests by brightening up their days with a rich program of sports activities, tournaments, games, dance courses and specific activities for the well-being of the body and mind. In the evening, musical entertainment, shows in the amphitheater, magical nights with exclusive evenings and themed parties, for an unforgettable holiday. The Nicolino Team takes care of the children with activities divided by age groups: Nicolino Baby Club from 3 to 5,99 y.o., Nicolino Mini Club from 6 to 11,99 y.o. At the Nicolino Club, an indoor and equipped area, children can reveal their talents, through the countless and fun creative activities. The Nick Club divided by age groups 12-14,99 y.o. and 15-17,99 y.o., is the space dedicated to teenagers that offers an innovative program and dedicated activities (including social networks).
