Bertoletta Village Apartments, surrounded by olive trees and Lugana Vineyards, is a complex of apartments (RESIDENCE) with two beautiful outdoor swimming pools. It was born from a complete renovation of a traditional farmhouse dating 1919. The property offers air-conditioned apartments and it is located within the Frassino Lake area, on the east bank of it. The Garda beaches and the historic centre of Peschiera are just a kilometre and a half away. All the apartments are with flat TV and satellite channels, well equipped kitchens with either garden or private balcony/terrace. Within the area there are a beach volley and a beach soccer court, a small grass soccer field. In a few minutes' drive from Bertoletta Village, you can reach Verona, its Fair, the Arena, Gardaland, Terme di Sirmione and several others amusement parks of the area.

Swimming pool #1 is closed from Thu 31 Oct 2024 until Thu 10 Apr 2025 Swimming pool #2 is closed from Thu 31 Oct 2024 until Thu 10 Apr 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. Check-in is not possible after 00:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Guests must also communicate in advance the total number of people staying in the apartment. Guests under 18 years of age should contact the property after booking. The first set of bed linen and towels is included in the rate. A change of bed linen and towels cost EUR 10 per person.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 5 per person per night when using an available cot. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
