Located just 200 metres from the coast and a public sandy beach, Residence Oasi Anfiteatro is set in its large garden featuring a swimming pool and amphitheatre It offers apartments with tree-lined pathways and free private parking. Apartments are simply decorated and composed of 1 or 2 separate bedrooms, a seating/dining area featuring a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom. Apartments come with a private garden area or veranda. Shared BBQ facilities and outdoor showers are also available at the property. Olbia, with the Costa Smeralda Airport and its ferry links to Civitavecchia, is a 40-minute drive from the property.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Fri 15 Sept 2023 until Sat 15 Jun 2024 Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sun 15 Sept 2024 until Sun 15 Jun 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 25 applies for arrivals after 22:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that guests must wear swimming caps in the pool.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 4 years old stay for € 5 per person per night when using an available cot. People no matter the age stay for € 7.20 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
