"Pros: Tidy, reasonably clean, in a residential part of Ravenna from which the city centre was reasonably accessible by a 15-minute walk. As others have said it does feel more like staying over at someone else’s home rather than a B&B. The property itself was pretty cool - it had a central garden - and the decor was neat.
Cons: The bathroom tiles could do with a scrub. The roof of my room seemed to be leaking: it rained both nights I was there and I could hear a constant, rhythmic drip, very different from the usual pattering of rain on the roof, as though water had been timed to drip at a rate of a droplet per second from the roof onto the ceiling. Thankfully there was no water on the floor. But as a light sleeper, the percussive sound effect was an unpleasant surprise and I slept badly. In fairness such leaks are hard to detect and I’ve informed the property, who told me they’ll look into it when it rains. Hope they sort it out soon."

Cons: Instructions for entering with the code were not straightforward, so we had to wait for the hosts to come. They were very nice, but don't speak English or any other language except Italian"
