"Pros: The apartment is located near metro, there are groceries and pharmacies nearby.
Everything inside the apartment was absolutely like on the pictures! Even Netflix on the tv)
Two balconies, jacuzzi, comfortable bed and a sofa.
No personal contacts with people needed - check-in was remote via a link.
There was a concierge service via WhatsUp and i could get any support.
Cons: The apartment extremely needs a an alternative for the coffee machine (as there was a problem to buy capsules for it). For example, a Turkish Coffee Pot.
Also, it would be great to have a place to dry clothes (I mean a simple crossbars on the balcony or a portable one), even despite the lack of a washing machine it is needed sometimes
There was an issue with hot water at the end of our stay, and it was not resolved in time because: 1) it was the end of repairing services' working day 2) we leaved lated at night and could do without hot water actually. BUT concierge girl helped me a lot and I am sure that the issue was resolved soon. So, I'm not considering it as an apartment's minus ."
