"Pros: The views of the lake from the bedroom were beautiful and the garden and pool area were so well kept and picturesque. The host Lorena and her family were lovely and despite the language barrier were extremely helpful and welcoming. Cons: The filters I used to book this accommodation were - air con, free parking, wifi and pool and whilst this property had all of these when I received the booking confirmation it stated that there would be a holiday tax but nowhere did it say that there would be a further payment if you wanted to use the air conditioning of £10 euros per day and I found this very underhand" ~Julie

"Pros: We know Trevignano well and have stayed in a number of different places (and actually lived next door for several years). This property is well situated with nice views across the lake to Bracciano Castle. The garden and pool are lovely, car-parking and access were fine, the host is very helpful (for example acquiring taxis for our friends) and it was really nice and quiet in the apartment. Cons: We were lucky with the weather, but the second bedroom could be quite hot (even though there was a fan). Walking into the village or to the lake requires a little care." ~Richard
