"Pros: The position is in a fascinating street. It is not noisy and therefore you can sleep well at night. The house is comfortable, with good air con, clean bathroom and a comfy chair. The shower and the kitchen hob both work well. Cons: We didn't appreciate having someone of the staff trying to get in the apartment while we were in. You can't really lock yourself inside. You can close the door but there is no safety lock. It has been an unsettling experience. Some parts of the apartment were not clean at all, for example the kitchen and all the tools in the kitchen were dirty. The table in the living room had still crumbs all over. I saw the low rate for cleaning, but I thought it was the same group of people complaining for a bit of dust...it was not! You have to pay an additional tax. I think they should calculate it in the price. The kitchen had only coffee and salt. I think they should put some oil and some sugar, at least some single portions, like sugar cubes, adequate for the number of people staying and the number of days they are staying." ~Francesca
