Residence S'Incantu of Villasimius is comprised of various buildings grouped around a large free-form swimming pool. Located on the southeastern tip of Sardinia, it is 600 metres from Campulongu Beach. The apartments are set in terraced houses connected by traditional Sardinian arcades. The apartments on the ground floor come with a patio, the ones on the first floor feature a balcony. Each apartment comes with a kitchenette, a satellite TV, and a private bathroom with shower. Free Wi-Fi is available in communal areas and free parking is provided. S'incantu Residence is part of the Club It group and is 2 km from the centre of Villasimius.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. A surcharge may apply for arrivals outside check-in hours. In the event of early departure, the entire amount of the booked stay will be charged. When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property. Otherwise, a third-party authorisation by the cardholder must be submitted when booking. Please note that the credit card used for the booking must be shown at check-in.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available cot. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
