"Pros: The unit was very clean, and it's just like the pictures. Property is very beautiful, has a lovely roof top pool, air conditioning, hot water, wifi and netflix & cable. The community is quiet. The host is really really nice, accommodating and communication was a breeze. There is parking if you drive and the property including your unit is very very secure.
Cons: There is temporary construction being done on the second floor of the property during the day, the noise level is not bad, but if you are a late sleeper below you might be disturbed with the movements above..just a little bit...(it's temporary & tolerable)
I think the unit is a little pricey for a studio in my opinion BUT given the amenities that is on the property and the modern feel and look of it then you see why."

"Pros: Having a washer/dryer was very helpful.
The owner/property manager was very responsive.
The rooftop pool is small but delivers a decent view. The unit was well cleaned.
It's in a quiet culdesac.
Cons: I didn't realize the bedroom has no windows. The wifi wasn't as steady as it could have There's no tv in the living area. The water took some time to get warm but did eventually get warm."
