"Pros: Luxury side was quiet, no kids. Plenty of restaurants with great food. Pool hours were great. Staff was always accommodating. Cleaning staff was excellent. Cons: If I were to complain about anything was we saw 3 cock roaches in the room. But the staff moved us to another suite, offered to spray, gift shop certificates to put us at ease." ~Michael
