"Pros: The room had a lovely view and a good size. The staff were kind, helpful and treated us well during our stay helping us with taxi's to a local shrine and offering us a coffee upon our return. The hotel is easy to get to by bus or taxi. The room gave us a lovely view of snowy mountains and the private room for dining gave us a nice view of the lake. I would recommend staying here and hope to go back at a later date Cons: We would have preferred a Western breakfast the following morning, however that might have been a dietary option that I missed/forgot to tick and is down to personal preference not any fault of the hotel. I find it hard to find anything I didn't like about the hotel" ~Jonathan
