"Pros: The view is super amazing as we got the room facing Lake Toya. Bed is comfortable and the room is spacious too. There is bathtub inside the bathroom and you can have a good soak while enjoying the scenery outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful too. Cons: There is a slight gap at the bathroom door, which you can actually see the person inside the bathroom 😅 Other than that, everything is fine." ~Fateh
