"Pros: I arrived much later than planned because the ferry from Tsuruga to Tomakomai Higashi was delayed. Despite this, the staff were very accommodating. I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that, but I stayed at the hotel until lunchtime the next day. During my stay, I took a long, relaxing soak in the excellent on-site onsen and enjoyed the reasonably priced Genghis Khan set meal at the restaurant. Overall, the hotel was very clean, the staff were very nice, the onsen facilities were outstanding, and the location is convenient for travelers in this area. It’s easy to access from the main road and offers plenty of free parking. The hotel also provides free Wi-Fi throughout." ~Pope
