"Pros: Great service and friendly staff Outstanding views Great onsen facilities Room was very spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness was outstanding, nothing seemed run-down or old. Appreciated the little efforts to recognise our honeymoon. Very relaxing atmosphere throughout the whole hotel. Cons: Food options at the buffet were good but not outstanding. Quality was there but feel like should be more options based on the price. Staff were rushed keeping up with breakfast and both days had times where there were no glasses for drinks. Desserts at dinner were in small dishes that the spoons would not fit into." ~Aaron
