"Pros: The room was well laid out with clear instructions for most things in a folder. There were enough facilities for a family stay.
Cons: We did not receive the door code until 1 hour before check in time which was stressful because we were not sure if we will receive it. There were no staff on the premises and the phone number did not work for us."
