"Pros: Spacious and clean. Our family of 4 was very comfortable for our 3 night stay. Amenities were sufficient for everything we needed, and the washer/dryer was a huge bonus. The location was easy walking distance to transportation, restaurants and shopping, including a large supermarket down the street. The host and on-site staff member went above and beyond when we experienced an unforeseen accident/fall while walking back to the property and had to call an ambulance. The on-site staff member even showed up at the emergency dept. and gave us a ride back to the apartment. The host was willing to extend our check-out time to help give us some more time the next day before check-out. Porto 7-5 was one of our favorite spots during our trip, and we would definitely stay again! Cons: Minor inconvenience figuring out how to reset the hot water, but we figured it out." ~Denise
