"Pros: The hotel is really easy to find from Chiba Station. Before our arrival the host sent us a guide on how to get there, the check in information, and the check in was really smooth. The room is pretty cozy, clean, and very great for my family. The bed was clean and quite comfortable. The host is also helpful and if you have any questions, just text them and they will reply shortly after. The price is very reasonable as well. Cons: The only thing is that it is right next to the train track so you could hear trains passing by. If you have no problem with that then this is the perfect place to stay. Our family was very tired so it didn't bother us and we slept well. But maybe for future guests if you can change the curtains to the one that can dampen the noise, it will be perfect." ~Timothy
