"Pros: It's the perfect location to see Mt. Fuji. Love Onsen facilities, provided all colours of Dyson to dry your hair after using Onsen & shower. Love to have breakfast with Mt. Fuji view. Staffs are friendly, even though language is a barrier, it's not a problem for us, they use translating devices to make things easier. The day that we arrived was raining but we could see Mt. Fuji clearly & beautifully the next morning when we wake up, the view is just worth it. We made the right choice. If you don't have any problems with your knees or back, traditional beds are OK." ~Nang
