"Pros: We love the great location of the apartment & its free big private parking area. The View of Mt Fuji from the apartment is a daily treat. There are many eateries nearby and a shopping mall within walking distance. The owner of the house is very friendly and accommodating. Check in and out is easy and fuss free. "Pros: The house was really great. Good bathroom and cooking facilities. Cons: The company forgot to send the information to collect the keys even though we filled in the correct forms. They quickly sent us the information after we called them. This could have been dealt with better if they had sent a reminder email or something first." ~Duncan
