Please call the property directly at least 30 minutes in advance to make a reservation. The shuttle departs the property every hour between 08:30-12:30 and 14:00-19:00. The shuttle departs Kawaguchiko Station every hour between 08:45-12:45 and 14:20-19:20. The shuttle departs Fuji-Q Highland Highway bus stop every hour between 08:55-12:55 and 14:10-19:10. You must check in by 17:00 to eat dinner at the property. Guests arriving after this time must inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Guests without a meal plan who wish to eat dinner at the property must make a reservation in advance. Please note that hot springs are currently unavailable.
