"Pros: Amazing experience - room looked exactly like the pictures and had literally everything you could ever ask for. Decked out with high end appliances including speakers, microwave oven and filter coffee machine. The private tub was spacious and comfortably fit two people in it. Also great views of Fuji right from the main area and carpark.
Cons: Didn't respond to our messages on booking.com on the day, and their listed number isn't on Whatsapp so we had no other way to contact them as we were on data-only sims. As a result we couldn't arrange the free shuttle from Mt Fuji station. Granted we only asked on the day of, so we weren't expecting it to be possible anyway, but it would've been good to at least get a response that confirmed it was a "no", especially since we asked at around 1pm for a 6pm pickup, which gave them 5 hours to respond"
