"Pros: The hotel was very good! We had a room for three people; it was spacious and comfortable. From our corner window, we could even see Mount Fuji! The furniture was a bit old-style, but it still felt nice because everything was very clean. The beds and pillows were comfy, and we also really enjoyed the breakfast, there was a lot of variety. One small suggestion: it would be great to have more detailed information at the front desk. For example, when we asked about the free shuttle bus, we were told it wasn’t running that day, but no one mentioned that it would be available the next day." ~Bettina
