"Pros: There is an eco cleaning provided everyday, so every time we get back to our room after travel, the room is very clean. There is a vending machine inside the hotel and also coin laundry and dryer. We also liked that the location is around 10 min walk from the Funabashi station since my wife and I like to take a stroll around coming from the station. There's a lot of nearby restaurants and convenience stores. There's also a Don Quixote and Daiso nearby. The staff are very polite and helpful. They always greet us when we leave and come back in the hotel. There's also necessities included like toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, bathrobe, slippers, and tea. It was a very exceptional experience. Cons: It's a minor thing but I wish we had an outside view. Our view was blocked by a neigboring building." ~Lim

"Pros: Close to station, 711 on corner. Many local restaurants and big shopping mall at station. Cons: No outdoor patio seating. We like to sit in the open air and enjoy the sun or moon. There was a patio on the fourth floor but it was closed." ~Joel
