There are plenty of local restaurants, supermarket, and a chemist within walking distance or 2-4 mins by car. Cons: It would have been perfect if the parking spot were beside the house like most others. However, given that the parking spot is only meters away (across the road in an alley), it is totally acceptable when it is not raining or snowing." ~Pc747
