"Pros: The onsen, the breakfast buffet, and the staff were the best part of the hotel experience. Parking can be daunting since the area is very cramped and small, but the security guard also parks the cars and does an exceptional job. I really liked how helpful the front desk people were too and the free amenities near the elevator. Cons: The mattress is extra firm. My kids liked it but I prefer a softer mattress. Maybe if they had an extra blanket available to layer it I would find it perfect." ~Rebecca
