"Pros: Daiwa is quite a reliable brand so as per all Daiwa hotels, for this hotel, 1) the room is very clean and not too small 2) the staff are very helpful and polite. In fact, the intern who served me on that day was very helpful and polite too. He helped me call the restaurant to confirm my booking reservation. The full time staff are always stationed there to assist if needed. The funny thing is that they will greet every time the lift opens at the reception floor (the lift always stops at the reception floor) 3) the staff can understand English 4) wide variety of good amenities. This hotel even provides onsen powder 5) Coin washing machines available. However, they are usually not used :D. Not sure if people are not aware of it or not many tourists visiting the tohoku area. 6) great location. It is near hon-hachinohe station, hachinohe port museum and miroku yorocho. The bus stop to sunday morning market is 3min walk away. 7) bed is comfortable 8) convenience store downstairs In addition, the bathtub is big Cons: Nothing.
