"Pros: The staff was able to answer my question and willing to help me call the next homestay owner to send luggage to the next station. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family,because the staff is very nice and helpful. Cons: The room too hot and not able to adjust it until I can't sleep well." ~Kam
